Ingredients

WORKING METHOD

Sponge base Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a whisk: 2 minutes at slow speed and 4 minutes at fast speed
Transfer in mould
Bake 20-30 minutes at 180°C
Cream filling Whip Diana with water and cream cheese: 2 minutes at slow speed and 3 minutes at fast speed, or until reaching desired texture
Decoration Decorate with whipped Diana
Sugar Syrup Boil sugar, water and vanilla and let it cool down
Assembling Layer the sponge cake with whipped Diana and cream cheese
